Our Story
Nissi's Cleaning Service was founded by Nancy Murillo on a line she still prints on the flyers: a clean place produces peace. The idea behind it is unglamorous and mostly about consistency — agree a room-by-room list at the walk-through, send the same crew, work the same list in the same order every visit, and price it in writing before anyone starts.
We work out of Radford Street in Yonkers, and from there we cover a wide stretch of the region — Hastings-on-Hudson, Bronxville and Tuckahoe close to home, White Plains and Scarsdale inland, New Rochelle out towards the Sound, the rivertowns of Irvington, Dobbs Ferry, Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow up the Hudson, Ossining beyond them, the Bronx and New York City to the south, and Stamford and Danbury across the Connecticut line.
About half of what we do is homes and apartments on a weekly or bi-weekly plan. The rest is the work that has a deadline attached: deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans timed to a handover, party clean-ups the morning after, and the offices, schools, banks, gyms and retail floors we clean before opening or after closing. All of it is quoted flat and in writing, and every crew is insured and in uniform.
