On a move-out we clean to what a landlord or a buyer's walk-through actually checks — inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven and fridge, closets, window sills and tracks, skirting, switch plates, and every floor. On a move-in we do the same in reverse, so the first night in your new place is not spent scrubbing somebody else's kitchen.

Flat Quote
Priced on bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, written down before we start.
Empty-Home Clean
Cabinets and appliances first, then wet rooms, then every floor on the way out.
Handover
We walk it with you or send photos, so you have something to show the landlord or the buyer.
