We schedule before opening, after closing or at weekends, and we work to a fixed scope so you know exactly what is covered: desks and workstations, meeting rooms, reception, kitchens and break areas, restrooms restocked, bins emptied and floors done. Insured, uniformed, and the same crew each visit — which matters when a building needs keys, fobs or a sign-in.
Our Process
Site Visit
We walk the floor with you, count the workstations and restrooms, and note access and key handling.
Scope & Schedule
You get a written scope and a fixed monthly price, on the nights or mornings that suit the business.
Service Visits
The crew works the same scope every visit and signs in and out to your building's process.
Review
We check in after the first month and adjust the scope where the reality differs from the walk-through.
