Commercial work is what Nissi's Cleaning Service does alongside its residential rounds, and it covers a wider set of buildings than an office: schools and daycare rooms, bank branches and lobbies, gyms and fitness studios, retail floors and fitting rooms, salons, and the corridors, stairwells, lobbies and laundry rooms of apartment buildings. Each site gets a written scope, a fixed price and a schedule that fits around when the building is actually in use.
Our Process
Site Visit
We walk the building, note traffic, surfaces and access, and ask when it is actually empty.
Written Scope
Every area, every frequency, one fixed price — so nothing is argued about later.
Scheduled Service
The crew works the scope on the agreed nights, mornings or weekends, in uniform and insured.
Ongoing Review
We revisit the scope as the building's use changes rather than quietly doing less for the same fee.
